The ball-bearing cars run on four independent ball circuits. Keeping the friction to a minimum even under heavy stress keeps the high performance independent of the pulling direction. The T track and tubular cars run on a mixture of nylon and HS fibre inserts and both systems are suitable for 30 –100 plus foot boats Genoa Sliders on "T” TRACK. These genoa sliders are made of hard black anodised aluminium and run on low friction nylon inserts. The revolving upper structure (± 50°) is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and a double spring keeps it in vertical position. A high resistance resin sheave (HRM) has a double ball-bearing, a wide sheave is provided for double sheet. The stop pin has a lock-up position. There is a becket for remote control line. The new range with 5 different models is suitable for standard “T” track. Tubular Track Genoa Car System. Composed of a series of modular fittings designed for low weight and ease of adjustment and control. Two sizes are available for boats up to 36 ft. (size 45), and up to 42 ft (size 60). Ball Bearing Genoa Cars come in two styles, the smaller 110 genoa car suitable for boats up to 33 foot and the larger Race 4000 ball bearing systems for boats up to 48 foot. The 110 genoa car fits the Tubular system track and can offer a good combination for many boats Mainsheet Cars come in two styles the smaller 110 main car for boats up to 33 foot and the larger 4000 Race system for boats up to 60 foot. Higher efficiency and smoother running Better load resistance to vertical (V), horizontal (H) and torsion (M) loads Higher safety margin as the car will remain on the track even after ball bearing failure (overload). Travellers are fitted with 2 Torlon ball circuits (lower) and 2 Delrin ball circuits (upper). Single double and triple control sheaves are available and can be made up in modular form, Maxi Cars run on two different tracks 47mm and 67mm wide track and can offer ball bearing solutions for the largest of yachts (max working load 7.2 tonne) Also available are custom solutions, contact us for details Outhaul Car T Track runs on self-lubricating HS fibre enabling it to deal with heavy workloads while remaining compact; it also provides low friction running and easy manoeuvring. The sail connection, which is made of s/steel and revolves, reduces the height of the sail above the boom to a minimum. Technical Sheets
